Labour and Birth Class
Knowing our bodies and understanding the functions of normal physiological birth can help us to feel trusting and safe in labour and birth. We will explore inner dialogues around birth, practical information about the physiology and progress of labour and birth, pain management strategies, how to navigate the maternity system and supporting the journey for partners and support people.
Best attended after 20 weeks gestation
9am-4pm (6.5 hrs plus 1 hr lunch break) with a plant based lunch and desert provided.
Workshops are held in person, in Brunswick and Torquay.
